For Organizers
How to run a Blood on the Clocktower night with Slaydate
3 steps. About fifteen minutes of setup. Then your link does the rest.
Create your event
Pick a date, time and location. If you are running more than one game at a time, add a room for each. Each room has its own capacity and description.
Slaydate gives you one shareable link. Drop it in your Discord, your group chat, or wherever your community already talks. Players click the link and enter their email address. They never create an account, there are no passwords.
Manage your waitlist and rooms
Watch the waitlist fill in real time. Approve attendees, assign them to rooms (if you're going to have more than one game running at a time), and move people between tables when you need to balance experience levels.
When you publish the lineup, everyone gets an email. No manual re-sorting. No "did you get my message?" follow-ups.
Run the night and preserve the stories
Show up and run your games. If your Storytellers use Blocktower, the free iOS companion app, they pair it with your event by scanning a QR code. The player roster syncs to their phone. While they run the game, they can easily track votes, nominations, and timers.
After each game, the script played, the narrative of what happened, and before/after photos of the grimoire are pushed back to the event page automatically. And when the event is over, the players get a link to revisit the games they played, sometimes years later. Game nights stop vanishing.
